Policy and Conditions

Free cancellation:

In case of cancellations or modifications made up to 24 hours before midnight on the scheduled arrival day, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or modifications made after this deadline or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night's cost will be charged.
For bookings with stays longer than 5 nights (6 nights or more), a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay will be applied for cancellations, modifications, or no-show.
Note: A pre-authorization equal to the potential penalty amount will be required on the credit card provided as a guarantee. If the pre-authorization fails, the reservation may be canceled within the following 24 hours.

Group Policy (bookings of more than 3 rooms):
Arrival over 30 days: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at confirmation; the remaining 70% not refundable balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Arrival within 30 days: Full prepayment of 100% of the total reservation amount is required. This amount will be not refundable.



Cancellation of not refundable reservation:

Changes or cancellations of any kind are not permitted for this reservation. In case of changes or a no-show, the penalty will be the full amount of the stay.



Cash payment:

The allowed amount for cash payments is € 1999.00 per person. Higher amounts are not accepted.
